Fruity Yogurt

Adapted for our taste.

1 c. plain yogurt
1 c. mixed berries
1 Tb. milled or ground flaxseeds
dash of ground ginger
dash of ground cinnamon
dash of vanilla extract

Combine 1st three ingredients in a small bowl. Spoon into parfait glass. Sprinkle with ginger and cinnamon. Chill.

Serves: 1-2
